Attenborough Brings Bigfoot Back To The Press
Sir David Attenborough, naturalist, broadcaster, and one of Britians most respected wildlife experts, went on record on the Friday Night With Jonathan Ross show saying “I’m baffled by the Abominable Snowman – very convincing footprints have been found at 19,000ft. No-one does that for a joke. I think it’s unanswered.”
Too many media outlets (Post Chronicle, The Sun and CNET to name a few) jumped on the opportunity to mock the bigfoot phenomenon, with the Post Chronicle even linking to an obviously fake video on TMZ’s site.
Attenborough’s comment is opened ended and that of a scientist willing to look at all the evidence. It is unfortunate the media is so closed minded and not able to report on what he said, but what they heard through their sensationalist news filter.
