Posted on April 23, 2009, the You Tube descriptions says “6 апреля, около 9 вечера, над ТЦ Каширский двор, висела тарелка.”
Taken from the comments on the You Tube video
The literal translation for the information in the info box is as follows: “April 6, about 9pm, on TC Kashirskiy, hung the plate.” Huh… I guess its a f*cking plate.
