Russian Navy Declassifies UFO Records
The Russian Navy has declassified a collection of records of encounters with UFOs dating back to the Soviet era.
A special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov. Reports were from the Pacific Ocean, Bermuda Triangle area, and Lake Baikal.
Fishermen on Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world, often report mysterious lights and UFOs over the lake. In 1982, military divers training in Lake Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits at a depth of over 150 feet. The divers attempted to catch the unknown humanoids and three of the seven men died in the process, while the other four were severely injured.

I talked about this in my blog. To me, its very compelling that the Russian military made the report. I see no reason for the Russian military to lie about it. What would be gained? Nothing. That is why the report is so incredible to me.
