Eric Altman, director of the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society, reports that he has received a bump in bigfoot sightings in recent months.

A report of a creature “walking at a fast pace on two feet, (that) stood about 6 feet 3 inches tall and had a cone-shaped head” came from Heath Landman of Dunbar. The sighting happened while driving on Ferguson Road in Dunbar at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, January 31st, 2010.

Dunbar is a small town of just over 1000 people in South Western Pennsylvania.

Of 8 recent calls Altman has gotten concerning bigfoot sightings, four were clustered around Dunbar, including the one below:

One unusual sighting at the end of July involved a woman who claims to have spotted two creatures just outside Dunbar – one a smaller one eating on some blackberries and a much larger one estimated to be about 10 feet tall.

“We encourage anyone who’s experienced a Bigfoot sighting or who has information on the subject to phone us at 724-516-6344 or file a sighting report on our Web site www.pabigfootsociety.com,” adds Altman. “We keep the names and personal information of witnesses confidential and promise to take their reports seriously.”

Hello Maitreya?

It seems that the folks at Share International have decided that the Decemeber 2009 Spiral UFO over Norway was nothing less than one of four enormous spacecraft placed around the world heralding the imminent appearance of Maitreya, the World Teacher.

• has been sighted day and night
• can respond to thought: has been known to appear and move when asked
• several witnesses have even seen all four ‘stars’ together
• is seen all over the world.

Maybe it wasn’t a rouge missile, a space/time anomaly wormhole caused by the Large Hadron Collider or a hole blasted in the troposphere by he United States’ High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility.

How about Aphophis – Asteroid 2004 MN4, As it will pass by the Earth both in 2029 and 2036?

Well how about Gliese 710? First, its not a hunk of space rock, its an entire star, an orange dwarf, that according to a new report has an 86% of brushing up against our Oort Cloud sometime within the next 1.5 million years.

If Gliese 710 has its own version of an Oort Cloud, objects in that cloud could come flying through our inner solar system, slamming into planets and moons and causing all sorts of problems. Even if it doesn’t, it could disrupt comets and chunks of space stuff in our Oort Cloud and send them tumbling our way.

The odd thing about this is the ‘within 1.5 million years’. Does that mean maybe tomorrow and maybe in 1.4 Million years.

Remember, 1.5 million years ago, Homo erectus was walking around on two feet pretty much like we do today.

There are some warnings too

Seems our run of Black Balloon UFOs were proceeded by a boomerang over the same area.

We’re obviously not alone and after my wife & I witnessed a “V” shaped object from our balcony on a clear night over Olympia, Washington. I’m a true believer something in our near future is about to unfold for all of human kind.

The object was “boomerang” in shape with “five” lights… one in front… two on each wing. It was incredibly huge! and blotted out the stars as it flew over.

The craft had to be in low orbit because we both witnessed a satellite flying under the object which confirmed how very “real” this was for us.

It’s probably the most remarkable thing I’ve ever seen and has made a major impact towards my beliefs that we are not alone and that something for all humanity is about to unfold.

It also concerns me that the “Mayans” and other past cultures were actually trying to warn us of the upcoming events in 2012. Seeing is truly believing.

I’m still not buying the Orange Balls of Light Chinese Lantern Theory (ORBLCLT) to explain all these sightings.

My giant flying bioluminescent dinosaurs theory has yet to be embraced by the UFO community, but I’ll keep throwing it out there.

A recent episode of History Channel’s Monster Quest explored reports of pterodactyl-like creatures that have been seen in the skies of Papua New Guinea. Called a ropen or flying demon, it is said to be bioluminescent and blurry video and photos presented by Monster Quest and monster hunters Paul Nation and Garth Guessman look a lot like the video and photos from the UK and July 4th ORBL sightings.

The natives of Umboi Island of Papua New Guinea have stories of unexplained lights in the skies and tales of giant flying dinosaur like creatures that go back generations. More recent sightings, such as the Duane Hodgkinson “pterodactyl” sighting in 1944 and 1994 Gideon Koro, Wesley Koro, and Mesa Agustin sighting, reporting a huge 20 foot plus wing span on a pteranodon or pterodactyl like creature, a crested head, and in night time sightings a glow or bioluminescent quality.

This information is from a report filed February 23 with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness database, MUFON Case #21989.

It is dead and mysterious, poke it with a stick

Something mysterious has washed up on the Newfoundland beach in Lower Cove at McIvers on the Bay of Islands lower north shore.

It is reported to be approximately 15-foot length including a pointed, 10-foot tail and has a single two foot long flipper-like appendage on its right side. The creature has no head and cannot be easily identified, even by locals who are familiar with the native marine life. It has a Loch Ness Monster/plesiosaur type look to it.

Its reported that there are patches of hair on the body, ruling out the possibility of it being a part of giant squid.

Tissue samples have been collected and will be examined by the federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans in Corner Brook.

The Bay of Islands is a bay located on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland, in Canada. Corner Brook, with a population of just over 20,000 is the largest city in the area.
